Terms And Conditions

The following rules form an agreement between K9WiN and its customers.

By registering at K9WiN, you fully agree and accept these rules. 

1. By accessing the K9WiN website and by registering through our site to participate in one of the interactive online games (collectively, the 'Games'), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ('Terms'). Please read carefully and ensure that you only access the game if you fully understand its content and agree to be bound by it.

2. Customers must be at least 18 years of age to place bets. K9WiN reserves the right to require proof of age from customers and freeze their account balance if they are under 18 years of age.

3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their username and security details are kept confidential. If a customer feels this is a problem, they should notify us immediately. Any transactions made under the username will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. The customer Arent allowed to cancel or change their bet that has been placed and confirmed.

5. K9WiN reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of persons acting in an attempt to deceive us. If there is evidence of a series of bets, each containing the same selection being placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, K9WiN reserves the right to void such bets and suspend the relevant account.

6. K9WiN prohibits the creation of fake/fake identities and you agree that you will not create accounts for anyone other than yourself. In certain circumstances, K9WiN reserves the right to freeze money in your account where we have reason to believe that your account may be used for fraudulent or fraudulent purposes for money laundering purposes or in such a way as to compromise the integrity of the sport or event in which we offer betting markets.

7. In order to maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and bets. You accept that we may request additional documentation to verify you as the account holder in the event of a security check.

8. If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your Account is incorrect, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in the transaction being rejected by your financial institution. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions, which are rejected as a result of incorrect details where you fail to notify us of the correct changes/details.

9. Bonus Terms and Conditions as published on the Website are in English and it is the English version of these Terms and Conditions that form the basis of these Terms and Conditions. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of differences between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.

10. K9WiN does not allow individual customers to create duplicate accounts (more than one account in one currency). Any customer found to have created duplicate accounts will have their account suspended.

11. Each bonus, promotion and/or special offer is subject to its own specific terms. Players agree to read and understand the terms that apply to any bonus they collect. K9WiN reserves the right to cancel any bonuses or special offers or promotions at any time.

12. Before releasing or agreeing to any withdrawal, K9WiN reserves the right to ask customers to provide information such as proof of Personal Identification, front and back copies of credit/debit cards, Passport, Driver's License or recent bank statements or other appropriate documentation. As K9WiN, in its sole discretion, deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, K9WiN reserves the right to cancel any winnings in your account.

13. These Terms & Conditions are part of the K9WiN General Terms & Conditions.

14. All management decisions are final.
